Vizovice

The administrative district of Vizovice is located in the center of the Zlín Region, bordering the administrative district of Zlín to the northwest and west, the administrative districts of Luhačovice and Valašské Klobouky to the south, and the municipalities of the administrative district of Vsetín to the east and northeast. It is the third smallest administrative district in the region by area, and the second smallest by population. The majority of the territory is covered by the Vizovice Highlands, which are crossed by the ridge of the Komonecké upland with the highest point being Klášťov. The share of agricultural and forest land is approximately the same, representing about 45% of the total area of ​​the district.
